When we first come to the existing farm, the first thing we will do is diagnose the existing situation in all parameters:
All stages of growth from seed to post-harvest
Irrigation and fertilizer interface
Adapting buildings and systems to the specific growth
Employee management
Practices
Protocols
And so on
After a thorough examination of all components, the client receives a report and recommendations for improvement and optimization.
Since we do not sell any equipment and are under no obligation to a commercial company, our report and recommendations are free from outside interests. All we see before our eyes is the customer's best interest.
At this stage, decisions are made with the client, in accordance with his wishes and needs, regarding the necessary changes to the farm.
The work method is tailored to the needs of the client and there are a number of possibilities:
- Working exclusively online
- Visiting the farm for a few days, general assessment of all the farm's activities, and issuing a comprehensive report
- As above, with continuing follow-up online and periodic visits to the farm as necessary
